Description

Do you ever find yourself waking up feeling cranky even though you had a decent amount of sleep?

Or have you taken a nap and felt great one time yet felt horrible another time?

The reason for such scenarios is that you most likely woke up in the middle of one of your sleeping cycles.

Sleeping works in cycles of 90 minutes. That is why you might get a good amount of sleep yet still feel tired (because you most likely woke up in the middle of one of your sleep cycle).

With 90night you can calculate the times you can wake up if you know when you are going to sleep or you can calculate the times you can go to sleep if you know when you are waking up. It also provides you buttons you can press that can set an alarm for you using your preferred alarm app.

Features that 90night includes:
[✔]The ability to set how long it takes you to fall asleep and 90night will use that time in its calculations
[✔]Support for both 12/24 hour format (with the ability to change them)
[✔]A night mode for using a dark theme for the app to avoid straining your eyes in the dark
[✔]Buttons to set alarms for each time (with optional confirm dialog box which can be turned on in settings
[✔]The option to automatically add extra snooze alarms after you set the original alarm (with the option to pick how many alarms you want and the interval between the alarms)
[✔]NEW: Dashclock extension to show you your sleep times right from your lock screen!

What's different in Plus version:
[✔]No advertisements!
[✔]Ability to use shortcuts without sharing the app
[✔]Extra features coming soon!

Permissions Explained:
• Network communications: Used for ads
• Alarm: For setting your alarm

FAQ:
Q: Why doesn't 90night have an option to delete alarms?
A: Because as the developer, I am not given permission or the ability (through the API) to go inside alarm apps and delete alarms. There are a few alarm applications out there that automatically remove alarms after they have gone off.
Q: Why is the app called 90night?
A: It's actually a play on words! A sleep cycle is 90 minutes long and sleeping happens at night and when the name of 90night [90 night, ninety night] is read out loud it sounds like "nighty night!"

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Then this app can help. If it used stereobuttons instead of drop down list for selecting the calculation mode, it would be almost perfect.
5 ★I've been using this for the last month and my mood has improved significantly. I no longer wake up groggy!
5 ★I love the ability to see when I should get up or when I should go to bed based on when I set the parameters its very useful and works on my samsung galaxy s3 great no problems
5 ★I like this app a lot because it helps me feel more awake and rested in the mornings. It also motivates me to go to bed at a decent time so I get enough sleep to function during the day at work.
4 ★I use it almost every day and i like it a lot but i never got the results i want... I expect to wake up freshly after getting the most comfortable sleep; i hope im using it correctly :)
5 ★It is in support of your 90 minute sleep cycle if that's what you believe, and the theory of the cycle of deep sleep and r e m cycling which myprimary internist MD disclosed .. Occurring just so many times in a 7 1/2hour night. For my feelings of satisfactorily having rested, sometimes itseems to work: more than 50%.
5 ★Have to admit, I have felt more rested after I started using this app. I work a really strange schedule and to make it work I had to create a sleep schedule that would ensure I got the most out of the time I had to sleep and this app definitely made that easier.
3 ★I feel there's more that can be done to make the process quicker. i.e. using icons instead of long sentences to represent whether you want to calculate your optimal bedtime or waketime
5 ★The app is good but ut would be better of it had more directions to show you where this app is very good to use
5 ★I use the 90 minutes sleep cycle and I've used it for years. I used to use sleepyti.me prior to this and this is a much better experience. The automatic snooze creations are great and I very much like it overall. I wish alarms would auto delete but other than that it's great.
4 ★I love this app, but I wish thatz there was a way to access the system alarm app through this one. I like to have separate sounds for different times of the day.
5 ★I would like the timer to have an "advanced" mode to where the preset 15-20 minute sleep time expectancy could be changed
