3 ★The app is a solid, easy to use app that connects me to my JitBit Helpdesk but the one very frustrating thing about it is that I cannot change the notification sound or settings on my phone (other than blocking them altogether via the OS settings). It would be so much better if I could assign a custom notification tone so that I'm not constantly checking my phone thinking that I got a text message or other high-priority notification.
3 ★It's improved a lot over the past two and a half years that I have been using it.
2 ★It isn't flexible enough. I can't see tickets filtered by a custom field. It also doesn't support ad authentication from what I've seen.
5 ★The new version more than twice less download size than the old one, works faster too
2 ★Seems just like the old version. The notes say it supports push notifications but I've yet to see it work or find any settings for it. Still can't filter by category making it extremely hard to use.
