「タフ・見守るクルマの保険」は、先進的なサービスをご提供するあいおいニッセイ同和損保のテレマティクス自動車保険「タフ・見守るクルマの保険」専用アプリです。■「タフ・見守るクルマの保険」アプリの概要
当社専用ドライブレコーダーで取得したデータを元に、専用アプリで次のようなサービスを利用することができます。
１．「運転診断レポート」
急アクセル・急ブレーキ・速度超過の発生頻度等の運転傾向について、1回の運転ごとおよび1か月ごとに運転診断結果としてレポートをご提供します。
運転診断レポートは本アプリでご覧いただけます。
２．事故直後の初期対応をサポートする「事故緊急自動通報サービス」
当社専用ドライブレコーダーが大きな衝撃を検知すると、自動的にコールセンターへ通知し、専任オペレータから当社専用ドライブレコーダーへ安否確認コールを行います。
事故直後の初期対応に必要なアドバイスや、お車のレッカーけん引・搬送の手配等、事故で不安を抱えるお客さまを迅速かつ的確にサポートします。
３．ご家族を見守る、ご家族に安否を知らせる「見守りサービス」
あらかじめ指定する家族等に、1か月ごとに作成される運転診断レポートをスマートフォンへ通知・共有するサービスをご提供します。
また、事故時に事故緊急自動通報サービスの安否確認コールが行われた場合には、メールにてケガや緊急搬送の有無などをご連絡します。
４．ADテレマイレージ
安全運転につながる取組みにチャレンジすることでポイントが貯まるサービスです。
貯まったポイントは、賞品と交換することができるため、日々の安全運転がもっと楽しくなります。
※「運転特性情報による保険料算出に関する特約」がセットされた保険契約が対象となります。また、タフビズ事業用自動車総合保険の場合はご利用いただけません。

２．ご利用上の注意点
(１)本アプリを運転中に操作する行為は大変危険ですので、絶対に行わないでください。
(２)アプリ起動中、スマートフォンの温度が上昇し、アプリが自動的に中断したり、再起動する場合があります。
３．制限事項
（１）次の①から⑥のいずれかに該当する場合には、サービス利用者はサービスの全部または一部を利用できない場合があります。
① サービスを提供するために当社または提携先企業等が管理するシステムの保守、工事または障害修理等を実施するとき。
② サービスを提供するために当社または提携先企業等が管理するシステムが火災、停電、損壊または故障等により正常に動作しなくなったとき。
③ 専用ドライブレコーダーおよびサービス利用者が所有するスマートフォンに、重大なセキュリティ上の危険が発見または予見されたとき。
④ 専用ドライブレコーダーおよびサービス利用者が所有するスマートフォンが、インターネットに接続されている第三者に向けた不正アクセスの発信元となったときまたは発信元となる可能性があるとき。
⑤ 天災または戦争等に起因して当社が制御できない障害が発生したとき。
⑥ 上記①から⑤までのほか、当社が専用ドライブレコーダーまたは専用アプリの機能を停止した方が望ましいと判断したとき。
