KOPUTRA merupakan kontraktor perkhidmatan pencucian bangunan dan pejabat khasnya kepada pihak Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad dan Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad serta lain-lain syarikat/jabatan kerajaan dengan bilangan pekerja cucian seramai 400 orang dan dilaksanakan hampir di 105 lokasi di Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Johor, Pahang dan Terengganu. Perkhidmatan pencucian adalah salah satu penyumbang utama kepada pendapatan KOPUTRA. Disamping itu, perkhidmatan dobi dan penyelenggaraan asrama juga dikendalikan oleh KOPUTRA di Pusat latihan Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad di Bangi selain perkhidmatan Kawalan Seranggan Perosak di Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad.
