1 ★Literally a waste of time downloading and going through all the video needed to proceed. If you're new, you will not get any orders. Orders get sent to people with the most points first, then if nobody wants to take the job, and it makes it all the way to the bottom, you'll get a chance. I kinda get it, but also, they should change it to whoever gets to it first. Reddit says it can take weeks to months. I'm sorry, I'm not that desperate for work as a side hustle.

1 ★DO NOT WORK FOR POPLIN!! I did several jobs with the service in the first month I was signed up, and a month later I'm still waiting to get paid!! Absolutely garbage assistance for the people actually earning them money.

1 ★I keep downloading the app and signing in and verifying my email. But it always just shows a blank screen after I sign in.

2 ★The app doesn't allow me to go to any other screen but the login screen. It seems to crash when I try to proceed and shows a white screen. It doesn't show that it's loading or anything. It's very odd and confusing. Not a bad idea for an app and a gig job, I would love to use the app to the fullest is all.

1 ★DO NOT BECOME A LAUNDRY PRO FOR THIS COMPANY. I cant stress enough how bad of a company this is for workers and customers. Misclassification of employment of their workers and if your clothing is damaged or missing as a customer, you will ONLY receive credit towards your next order. They will NEVER pay you to replace the damaged or missing clothing. STAY FAR AWAY. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

4 ★App works well and notifications of messages usually come through within 15 minutes at most, usually quicker. I have only had one bad experience where an item of mine went missing and I instead received a few items that were not ours. I was assured our clothes were not washed with strangers things though I don't believe it. The person even told me they owned a local laundromat. Never received anything for the trouble but did get my missing item back eventually, though it took a while.

1 ★when I open the app, it's just a white screen. I can't do anything with it and the website just opens the app so it's useless.
