1 ★Doesn't stay connected despite using LTE. No notifications. Constantlycrashing and reloading, literally every time it's opened it has to reload.Not a good app for doctors who need to stay in touch with staff. resortedback to paging systems

2 ★I recently switched from an iPhone to Android and the Voalte app does notwork well on Oreo. I will not get notifications of new messages unless theapp is open. As soon as the phone locks, I don't receive notifications.Terrible when nurses are trying to get a hold of me for my patients.

3 ★Ok app. As other android users noted, notification does not work. Clinicstaff have to send me a regular cell phone text, notifying me that theyvoalted me. ....Lol

1 ★Notifications don't work until the app is opened which is useless. Worse since update.

1 ★Does not work with Oreo 8.1 Experiencing the same issues as others below: Screen flashes, takes over phone while I'm typing emails, even logs off at random times. Thought I had a unique issue, vendor is asking hospital to jump through hoops, submit logs and video, or even roll back my os version. Turns out this is a known defect! Fix the product, do your own qa testing.

5 ★Great app for clinical notifications and communication

1 ★Constantly have to force close in order to reconnect to server, otherwise texts don't show up - an in-app refresh button to force a reconnect would be a pretty easy work around for this problem. Also staff assist alarms don't show up on android notification screen, have to enter app to know which patient is in duress. This is an unacceptable patient safety issue in an ICU setting. Constantly frustrating that on site Voalte support staff blame hospital network rather than fixing their system. This is second hospital system I've been at with Voalte and all of the issues and lack of responsibility by Voalte are the same. Wish I could have warned the higher ups about it. UPDATE: Still no new version 2 months later. Remains a patient safety issue, absolutely unacceptable performance and support. If I could remove, I would, but hospital is committed for time being.
