- 2012년 수입금액('12년 신규사업자는 연간 환산)이 24백만원 이상인 소비자상대업종(붙임 참고) 사업자
* 가입기한 : 2013년 4월 1일(월)
- 병의원(소득세법 제147조의 3), 전문직(부가가치세법 시행령 제74조 제2항 제7호) 업종의 사업자
* 가입기한 : 사업자등록일로부터 3개월 이내

○ 법인사업자
- 소비자상대업종을 영위하는 법인사업자 전체
* 가입기한 : 사업자등록일로부터 3개월 이내
※ 특히, 소득세법시행령 별표3의3 현금영수증의무발행업종 사업자가 30만원 이상(14.7.1부터 10만원 이상) 현금거래 시 현금영수증을 미발급한 경우 가맹점 가입여부와 관계없이 과태료 등이 부과됩니다.

■ 가맹점 가입 시 혜택
○ 현금영수증 발행금액의 1.3%(음식ㆍ숙박업의 간이과세자 2.6%)를 부가가치세 세액공제(연 500만원 한도, 법인 제외)
○ 전화망을 이용하여 5천원미만 현금영수증 발급 시 건당 20원 소득세 세액공제

■ 미가입시 불이익
○ 현금영수증가맹점 가입의무대상자가 가입기한 내에 가입하지 않은 경우 총 수입금액의 1%의 가산세와 소득세 추계신고시 단순경비율 배제 및 각종 세액감면 배제
* 수입금액 = 해당 과세기간의 수입금액 x (미가입 기간/365)
