Aplicatie de pontaj pentru angajati.Aplicatia FGO Pontaj inregistreaza pontajul angajatilor conform Codului Muncii. Functioneaza cu contul FGO (www.fgo.ro), abonament Premium. Ai mereu acces la pontajul complet al angajatilor, poti vizualiza pe luna sau pe saptamana.
Cum functioneaza aplicatia FGO Pontaj
Fiecare angajat isi inregistreaza zilnic timpul de lucru, direct pe telefonul personal.
Toate orele de lucru se transmit automat catre contul tau de administrator, unde vei putea vizualiza, edita sau tipari pontajul fiecarui angajat si unde tii evidenta concediilor.
Cum creez cont pentru angajati
Intra in contul tau FGO pe www.fgo.ro (abonament Premium) si acceseaza pagina Meniu – Setari – Utilizatori. Adauga utilizatori folosind adresa lor de email.
Pe fiecare utilizator care trebuie să efectueze pontaj, activează bifa „Angajat”. Tot aici vei găsi și bifa „Acces doar la pontaj”, opțiune prin care utilizatorul nu poate accesa altă pagina din soluție în afară de Pontajul propriu.
Autentificarea in aplicatia FGO Pontaj sa face folosind numele de utilizator si parola contului FGO.
Aplicatia FGO Pontaj a fost creata in urma modificarii Codului Muncii prin ORDONANȚA DE URGENȚĂ nr. 53 din 4 august 2017. FGO Pontaj inregistreaza pontajul conform legii.
