L’applicazione, disponibile in italiano ed inglese, ha lo scopo di fornire ai cittadini tutte le informazioni relative alla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti nei 20 Comuni serviti da Ambiente Servizi Spa:- il calendario del servizio porta a porta, con le date delle prossime raccolte per ogni tipologia di rifiuto, con la possibilità per l’utente di impostare un promemoria personale
- le modalità di separazione ed esposizione rifiuti
- il Centro di raccolta più vicino con gli orari di apertura, le tipologie di rifiuti che possono essere conferiti, l’indirizzo e la delocalizzazione sulla mappa
- l’Ecodizionario, un comodo vademecum che descrive 400 tipologie di rifiuti e le relative modalità di smaltimento, con indicazione della prossima data di raccolta
- il Servizio Clienti che permette di richiedere informazioni (su servizi, pagamenti, fatture, etc.), preventivi (ritiro ingombranti, rifiuti aziendali, amianto, agricoli, etc) e inviare segnalazioni (es. mancate raccolte, contenitori da sostituire, rifiuti abbandonati, etc.) allegando anche una foto geo-referenziata.
D’ora in poi la raccolta differenziata sarà ancora più semplice ed efficace!
