* Foto's/media/bestanden: Via de Brandweer Coach app kunnen video's bekeken worden zoals oefeningen en ervaringen. Deze video's worden lokaal op het apparaat opgeslagen om data verkeer te besparen. Om de video bestanden op te kunnen slaan heeft de app toegang tot het bestandssysteem nodig.
* Camera: Docenten kunnen met de app beelden van een deelnemer maken tijdens de BBT of traplooptest zodat de deelnemer later zelf terug kan zien wat er goed of fout ging.
* Informatie over wifi-verbinding: Via de app worden verschillende video bestanden gedownload, de app controleert de wifi-verbinding om te controleren of een video gedownload kan worden.
* Locatie: De locatie wordt gebruikt om Bluetooth apparaten in de buurt van het apparaat te scannen. Bluetooth wordt gebruikt om de hartslag van deelnemers te registreren tijdens een test middels een hartslagmeter.
