世界的なPMSCs（民間軍事会社）ブレイズの経営する巨大な総合軍事学園に、一人の普通の日本人が入学した。
彼の名は、松井悠人。
「いつかまた会おうね」と誓い合った幼い日の約束を果たすための、猛勉強の成果であった。
合格をして、少女――天城結衣とと再会を果たすが、
彼女から出た言葉は、

ショックを受ける悠人。
