記憶を失った青年『池森徹』は、自身の過去を探るために横浜の街を彷徨う。
彼の携帯電話には、かつて自分と関係を持っていた人物の名前と電話番号が残されていた。
その一人、彼の恋人を名乗る少女『ミーナ』と共に、失われた記憶の手がかりを探して徹は奔走する。
彼をつけ狙う謎の黒服集団と、『内閣情報調査室』の捜査官たち。
自室に隠された無数の銃火器、何枚もの偽装パスポート、なにより身体に刻み込まれた常人を遥かに凌ぐ戦闘技能。
記憶を失う前の自分がただの一般人でなかったことだけは確かだった……。
やがて、巷で話題になっていた『七つの大罪殺人事件』と呼ばれる猟奇殺人事件に辿り着き、そこに自分が関与していた痕跡を見つける。
徹が過去に書き記したメモには、七人の人間を殺害する犯罪計画らしき文章が残されていた。
