1 ★the app isnt working, it seems i must create an account with a meter number so cumbersome if i move houses and have to create an account again,meter numbers are not found yet it's the same meter number I am using, create and enter all meter numbers in a data base first so that it can be easy to use this app

1 ★I'm having problems registering,when I ask for help on the app. they're telling me to contact their commercial office closest to my area. Continued disappointment.
1 ★The app needs to update with image identity features such that be verified with ID and photo seen from the up when KPLC employee number is entered. The image on the national and job ID to be seen in the app too. Lest, frauders still forge employee ID and number and make fake IDs. Out ten imaginary numbers, i got seven showing that are kplc employeee and thought that, on entering ID number I see National Id photo, face image, office that they serving;all seen on the app & physical documents too.
3 ★Where did you take current and previous meter readings? Latest update keeps crushing on android 6. You should create a beta version to test compatibility before you roll over an update.
3 ★It can be helpful at times but if you're checking the last five token purchases like they say it shows,is a complete lie as the app only shows the last bought token and the rest are just repeated.
1 ★Every time I try to report a power outage, I get a "Account doesn't exist. Contact Kenya Power". What kind of nonsense is that?? And yes, I have checked and rechecked my account. Just to confirm that it's correct. What is wrong with the App??
3 ★Why cant we have the interruptions on the app instead of redirecting to a pdf on the website? Please put them directly on the app should be easier to consume that way.
