MeteoER dà la possibilità di accedere a diverse fonti di dati meteorologici e ambientali con particolare riferimento alla regione Emilia Romagna.L'applicazione presenta una pagina iniziale con 12 icone che danno accesso ai seguenti contenuti:
- dati delle stazioni meteorologiche e delle webcam della rete AsMER
- previsioni meteo provinciali e regionali, immagini del radar meteo, livelli idrometrici (180 stazioni), bollettini dei pollini (13 stazioni) e della qualità dell'aria (provinciali) dell'agenzia Arpa Emilia Romagna
- immagini dei satelliti meteorologici dell'Italia e dell'Europa
- informazioni in tempo reale dei terremoti nel mondo rilevati dal Centro di Sismologia Europeo-Mediterraneo (EMSC).
