The Safetrax Commuter App is restricted for registered customers of Safetrax - Employee Transport Automation Platform.Commuter App helps the users get complete information about their daily to-&-fro office commute in 1 comprehensive App which also has Live location tracking of their Bus/Cab on the Map as well as robust safety features that can be invoked in case of any emergency.
Salient features:
- Trip information such as Driver Name/Number, Bus/Cab Number, Source & Destination along with time of pickup and drop.
- Information of stoppages & co-passengers travelling with you from each stoppage (co-passengers' contact numbers are not shown).
- Real time location tracking of the Bus/Cab that is installed with Safetrax location tracking hardware and allocated for the respective trip.
- Emergency section where the Commuter can alert the Emergency Response Team for specific events such as Driver Misbehaving, Co-passenger Misbehaving, Cab going on unknown route etc. The user can also send an image or a voice recording as a proof of the event to the Emergency Response Team.
