You can start and stop your EV car charging, using for example the QR-code. As pre-requisite to use this App, you need to subscribe at klient.elmo.ee or purchase a pre-paid EV charging cards thus activate them.ELMO stands for electromobility programme in Estonia managed ky KredEx. ELMO programme promotes emission free personal transportation and electric cars in order to achieve better city environment, energy efficiency and fuel independence.
