SPEC is helping their customers with prepay during these hard times , they will allow you to have service even if you have a past due balance, you deposit money into your account and they put a percentage towards the Ballance and the majority is used as prepaid. 1 ★Downloaded the app and login page come up. But when you try to login with your acct info, it says server can not be reached!
