1 ★Ridiculous camera and app. The app crashes often and then you have to log back in. When you try to log in it will tell you that your username and/or password is incorrect. You can put your password in correctly 20 times and it will still tell you it is wrong. When you finally do get logged in the camera will be "offline". Big waste of money. There are better products on the market. I DO NOT recommend this camera and app. I wish I didn't have to give it one star. 2 years later.... This app is still garbage.
1 ★I cant log in on one device because it says my password is wrong. Other device I'm in but cant adjust settings and 95 percent of the time camera is not connected for no reason. Stupid. Useless.
2 ★Constantly logging me off app or will not load image from camera, which totally defeats the purpose of having a video monitor. Extremely frustrating.
1 ★Worst app ever. Literally stops working for no reason all the time. When you try to login it says invalid username and password. Then it will suddenly start working. Then same problem happens a month later. Google sign-in just goes blank. Regular login fails. Then you are without a baby monitor when you really need one. Forget about calling company. They never respond to calls or emails. It's ridiculous and the worst for something you need reliability with.
1 ★This is the most unreliable app. It's main function us to allow you to see your child, but it is always cutting out, freezing, or the app is just not working at all for hours! I would never suggest this monitor because of this app. Also all the features NEVER work.
1 ★This app is extremely unreliable. Sometimes it works fine, most of the time it logs me out and won't let me log back in. It's a shame that I paid so much money for the monitor that is useless without the app to work it. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now, I guess Gynoii does not care. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE!! Don't waste your money! Update: I have not been able to login in for over 2 days now. I even tried to create a brand new account but it just tells me the password is wrong. I guess it's time to junk this pos and get a new, more reliable one. I can't believe that a company that creates infant safety equipment would be this unreliable!
1 ★The app is fine. It booted me out a few times and I had to restart it a fewtimes but whatever. What really disappointed me was I have 4 Gynoii camerasand it took 2 to 3 weeks to get a response. After over a months time theydid not resolve my issues nor did they offer to exchange my cameras. Justvery poor customer service!!!! So much time waisted on a company not worthmy money!!
1 ★Completely unreliable! Even when it does connect, the audio slowly gets delayed by minutes. We had to buy a another monitor. Don't waste your money like we did.
1 ★It never lets me sign in. Completely worthless. Already emailed to have the login info reset and it only worked for 1 day. Definitely do not recommend this app or camera. Nothing but problems since I got it.
1 ★Constantly cutting out and crashing. This app could totally be improved if they tried. The camera is great. As the main use of this camera is to monitor your baby, I cannot use it as I never know when it will quit on me and have to have a backup monitor. Such a waste of money.
4 ★Periodically the app has tilted frequently at automatic login. The video is only as good as reliable as your internet connection is. The hardware - baby cam I purchased I consider value for money.... good cam and would give it 5 STARS.
