Description

North Ayrshire Report It allows citizens to report issues such as potholes, graffiti, fly tipping and street light outages directly to North Ayrshire council using their smartphone. The incident is logged in the customer relationship management (CRM) system as a work item and will be dispatched to the correct team automatically for resolution.

1 ★App doesn't load up. I already had it on my LG G3 phone and used it a few times. Went to use it again but wouldn't load. So decided to delete the app and all its data etc then reinstall the app but exactly the same issue and its been like this for weeks now. I wouldn't even bother downloading it.

1 ★I've had this app on my galaxy S4 and it worked fine I use it a few times. But..... on my S6 it dosn't work the application is stuck on the home page unable to do anything but move the menu button about the screen. Total disappointed.

2 ★What a great idea but it doesn't work tried reporting an issue and it wouldn't go through as kept asking for my name seperated by a space no matter what way I input it nothing would work. Very frustrating and lost any confidence in its ability.

1 ★I have had various problems trying to navigate and use this app. So far I have been unable to use this app as a reporting tool. I keep getting an image upload error. While the principle of the app is great, the app itself requires further development to make the user experience one that’s worth taking.
