1 ★I used the app all of last season. It had all of your mountains saved in one place and all the information was easily accessible and readable. Unfortunately major changes were made and the app is now buggy & unusable. Ads all over, slow to load info, incorrect info, terrible color scheme, and trying to force me to make an account. I'll make an account when your app isn't terrible.
2 ★Since the full update the app doesn't save any of your information (including login, favorites mountains, etc). The data is also inaccurate. It shows resorts closed that have been open for weeks, no recent snow accumulation when the lastest storm dropped 46 inches according to the resort website. It used to be helpful, but so bad now I uninstalled.
1 ★Oh dear what a disappointment. I have used this app for years and told so many people how fantastic it was. The new update has transformed an easy to use fast informative and reliable app into a slow complicated tool that usually means I've shut it down before I get to what I want to know. I have tried to persevere with it but sorry I'm going to uninstall and find something less time consuming
1 ★Used to be good...not anymore I used to love this app and use it all the time. It was the best and easy to use. Update is slow, glitchy, filled with ads everywhere, incredibly difficult to navigate around. Whatever change in development they did, they really Fu#xed it all up! Update also wants you to create ANOTHER account, entering email or linking your Facebook or Google account info to it just to store favorite slopes in app. Sorry, not giving email or personal info just so you can sell it
1 ★Please roll it back the new version and bring back the old simple release. Not sure what you have done with this app but it USED to be great but alas... no longer. I don't know where to start, navigation is terrible, the ads are extremely intrusive and the UX suffers all around. I don't know if there there is an option to buy and remove ads or at least not an apparent on?
1 ★HORRIBLE! Difficult to navigate, I realize the need to learn the new layout, but this is ridiculous. I really don't want to have to sign in with another account. And if I can't change the information to American standard units, as in "inches, feet, degrees fahrenheit, and so on, this app is absolutely useless to me. And where is all of my previously saved information from before the update?
1 ★The new version is terrible. First, you have to sign in with either Google, Facebook, or Twitter. Whatever you save with the "guest sign in" options is lost. This is a very bad idea. Why not sign up with an email address?! Second, the advertisements and the new design make it look more like a porn website.
1 ★I used to rely on this app for updates and mountain status, I enjoyed user photos and personal updates about the mountain. The latest update makes the app unusable and gears the whole experience to ads. Unless you sign in with Google Facebook or Twitter you can not save your favorites, the mountain details are hard to get to as there are so many ads laid out everywhere, the list can go on, but this app is simply not worth it anymore.
1 ★New layout is absolutely horrible. Just to find how many trails are open takes more time than it should. Navigation is not well thought out at all. Honestly feels as if someone tried to ruin the app intentionally. Not one thing is an improvement. After about 5 minutes trying to navigate the app, I realized it's faster to just look up the resort conditions via their webpage. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app.
1 ★The interface is bad, the login options are restrictive, and the alerts don't work after updating to v7.0. Every screen reloads slowly regardless of network speed. It appears to be a web wrapper or some cross-platform codebase. There are multiple ads throughout the app. Login requires a social network account. You should allow email login if you require an account. I set a powder alert days ago, one of my favorited resorts got more than the alert amount, and I didn't receive an alert.
1 ★I don't normally review apps. But as a long time user of this app, i must comment on my disappointment with the latest update. The app used to be very straight forward and simple, with quick and easy information at the tip of your fingers. But after this new update, the app has become bloated and cluttered with advertisements and non essential information. The user interface is the biggest set back, although you are provided more information it is no longer intuitive or quick and easy.
3 ★New app design sucks. The first app was plagued with crashes and bugs but the layout was good. Now the newest layout has too much info and makes it hard to navigate resorts. I preferred when the resort icons weren't as wide as they are now. Not happy at all with this upgrade as it makes it much harder to navigate.
