3 ★bad experience with Android version since last February , and after this new update it completely deleted all my favorites, and I can't even make new one, and the strange thing this new update not getting automatically from the store, i surprised when I found it manually, anyway I will not renew my subscription until the developers fix this problem, meanwhile I will try Storytel app *update: now I noticed that my Playlists are coming back so I'm going to change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars
1 ★The new update and interface is very bad. We had many options previously that were removed in this new update (like listening in the background, the "sleep" after some mins option, and the bookmark option) The app also has many bugs and glitches. I was thinking of renewing my subscription but now I think I won't renew unless you fix the problems.
2 ★I like audio books, that's the onlyreason for 2 stars instead of 1. The application dies suddenly while listening to books. The sleep timer feature has been removed. Even after downloading the book for offline use, it doesn't play upon clicking play. One time: all the downloaded books covers and titles have disappeared, the response from their support was to delete all of them then download again. Who pays for all the data?! The control buttons in the notification pane disappeared in newed.
2 ★1 - Notification bar panel is fixed even when I stop listening, it won't be swapped away.2 - the audio player has a bug that makes the audio not continuing from where I paused.3 - After tagging a book as finished it is still in the keep listening panel4 - whenever there's an update, the downloaded audio gets deleted and I have to download it all over again5 - When I'm Offline or using limited connection, the downloaded books don't load.Great Library, but horrible app
1 ★I don't know what's wrong none of the books open. I subscribed to the 14 days free package. I really liked this app. I wanted to buy it. To be honest now I have mixed feelings. If it doesn't work why should pay. I bought "iqra Lee" it is not very high quality, but it works. So if they don't fix this problem I will definitely recommend اقر لي.
3 ★After the last update the app crashes ALOT.. And It does not save where i was before it crashed! I used to be able to stop and play the track in the background, and without entering the app, now i can't. Also, I can't find the bookmark feature witch was great. The app was much much better.
5 ★Update : support team resolve my issue . Thanx Books are good .but I am facing problems in payment as after subscription and pay . It gives me you have to be gold and when I am checking , it gives me you are on gold and still can't listen to any book not free . Really technical team should fix and support , otherwise you will waste your reputation .
2 ★update 1: I sent screenshots to the feedback email update 2: I just updated the app with the latest update , and it is much worse now .. bookmarks icon disappeared for the books so lost all my prev bookmarks + book of 18 hours was reset to start! + when listen to a book its not in notification bar any more to pause or rewind from notif bar without opening app + sleep button also disappeared :( --- Great and v useful app , but faced some problems.
1 ★I had send my problem but invain .after the updateing of the app all my bookmarks were gone and It's not allowed to me to download any thing .moreover i couldn't find my best catogrey it was called (روايات عالمية مترجمة)...I trust in the administration of kitab sawti to get a sloution soon ..the app not working all the time i had to delete it and download it again ..and delete it and install it again .. really i fed up with that..please pay attention to my comment
3 ★Would you please: - Let us set the sleep timer dynamically/manually I don't like to have a maximum of 45 minutes. - The sleep timer should pause when I pause the player and resume when it resumes. It keeps counting even if I paused the player. Overall, the app has been improving a lot lately so is my rating. Thank you for: - Removing the non sense full access to Google Drive permission. - Adding personal library. - Fixing a lot of bugs and doing many enhancements (still many remain)
1 ★The app used to be great until recent updates , It's so leggy on my Samsung A70 , downloaded books dont play , I dont know what's wrong, it doesnt play in background anymore .. I'm definitely canceling my subscription and considering اقرألي despite having much less books but yet better interface and good user experience
1 ★this app used to be very nice, but the recent updates are really bad, the book is stopping and not resuming when listening online, where did the timer feature go? going through the specific time in the book is harder bcz no zoom effect is this an upgrade or downgrade?
