1 ★Worst service provider, customer support line is always busy, even if you manage to connect to customer support after long hold successfully, you will not be getting the right answer for you query. My wifi is not working for last 2 weeks and problem is still persist. I managed to connect with customer support for at least 5 times in this 2 weeks but I got only one answer from support member "Your issue will be resolved in 1-2 days" As per support person, I should be getting a call from backend team for my queries couple of days ago but I didn't receive any call, still waiting for it. Support person doesn't have proper answer and they just lie instead of giving right update about the issue so that they can quit the call. I have raised ticket from app also and had been following up from last 2 weeks but no update from any support team. My wifi issue is not yet resolved, I went to local office also twice but I find it closed. Please do not go for Joister connection, it's definitely not a reliable service provider and not good with customer support as well. If you face any connectivity issue, you will be ending up multiple follow up with support team and wasting your lot of time for no reason.
1 ★I have been trying to submit a case of no internet connectivity but this app doesnt go ahead. there is no pop up message to know what is the issue. Network is good when it works but most of the times it wont work. Now my network is not working sinve 23 rd dec 2018 but i couldnt contact customer care as they are always busy.
1 ★Most of the weekends there in no internet due to maintainance. On weekdays there is no internet in the night and sometimes in the day as well. On an average monthly 10 days they don't have service. The app doesn't have option to lodge new complaint when old is open and they don't respond to the complaint for months. They are very active calling for renewal but no service. They will try to convince you for yearly subscription so that you get stuck irrespective of their bad service.
1 ★Hi, After updating the app i am not able to operate it anymore. I can't even login, it's just stuck at the activation page. Also, I have taken 30mbps plan but I am hardly getting 10mbps on a good day for which I have raised many complaints with customer care but this issue has never been resolved. I deserve what I have paid for so please do ask someone from the higher authorities to look into this ASAP. Thanks.
1 ★The pathetically designed without even considered users and there flow. Made it more difficult which is not by trying better but by doing all silly mistakes. Previous version was atleat better than this useless one. Also why you need permission of camera, media, sms, contacts and storage also expecting access to make and manage calls? Your app has nothing to do with it. Its completely irrelevant and direct approach to take Customer data.
1 ★Do not go for this internet service at all I have been facing this issue where there is no internet access frequently which is not getting solved. Same problem everyday!!! Atleast solve it on priority. Paying monthly packs and not even getting the chance to utilize the services sufficiently. Works fine 10 days a month only. what the hell? if we dont renew the pack, you guys keep on calling like we lie in your debt but dont pick up when called for reporting an issue. Rude executives too. wow!
1 ★app doesnt work properly, whenever we open it goes for refreshing and doesnt refresh for several hours then we have close it manually. also on next time when we open it again it goes for refreshing and still doing refreshing but wont get accessible. i have reinstalled it several times and updated with letest version but issue doesnt got resolve. since earlier version was working great but newer is not. please get it resolved.
1 ★Worse ever app and customer services. if things are working then its fine if something goes wrong then neither app works nor their customer services. I have called their customer care number snd stayed on call for good 30 mins, no one replied and their app wasn't working either as my wifi was down..never experienced this bad support by any ISPs before!!.. Worst of all...its india vs pak today and no internet from joister. can you imagine how bad their services are...dont ever go for it!!!

Ticket support seems no one bother to check and update. there is no option to add remarks and even change status of ticket. it doesn't allow to create new one if one already open. you can have different issue on different day how come they wont allow new case....worst app worst support
1 ★whenever i call to office for issue of internet only one issue that fiber wirr cutdown !! plz solve when they came for making new registration they said ,internet connection will never go down .. but after every 2-3 days it goes down plz solve this issue
1 ★The app crashes continously. Unable to activate the app. Once you enter the activation details and click on activate the app crashes. Worst app UI. Worst support by joister. Also in previous app once you raise a ticket you are unable to raise another one unless the first ticket gets resolved. Worst worst worst. 0 stars for app and support.
