1 ★I've had tremendous difficulty with the app. It's mid February and I still can use it. Bought the card from one of the parishes and set the app up, nothing was sent to my phone number and the app ain't working. The contact numbers on the card ring all day and no one ever answers while mails never get replied. It's quite sad if you ask me. I think its fair if people get value for their money, no matter how much is involved. Don't you think so? Regards. Ndi
3 ★Thanks for your response. I still couldn't move. The app is not allowing me to log in on the new phone. It was requesting for OTP. And the option to reset OTP did not work as none was sent. And doing a fresh account was not working as it says user already exists. Meanwhile, the app stopped working on the old phone. It asked to purchase a new plan but doesn't go beyond that screen.
1 ★I downloaded this app before early this year. I decided to download it again but it downloaded and it's not working. I have bought devotionals over time now but it still shows no devotional installed. I wonder why it's not working. Please, check the problem and correct it. Thank you. God is wonderful. I made the app to re-run it's set-up again. It's now working. The app is a good one
1 ★The app is very poor. I have been trying to use the open heaven since this week but to no avail. I tried logging out, to login again just as they will tell you but since then, I can't even logging again. The email I sent to you didn't go because the address could not be found . I sent message on facebook messenger but no reply. Are you for real?

5 ★Update below: This app is seriously faulty. I'm a new user and everytime it tries to send a verification code it doesn't send anything and just keeps loading. Same thing with the DVC. What a waste. Thank you for fixing the app. It works so much better now and easy to use. I love it! God bless you.
5 ★Dear Open Heavens Team, thank you for doing a great job. Please, kindly incorporate another version of the Bible in addition to the King James Version (KJV). Understanding KJV might sometimes be challenging. So, one might need to switch between apps while doing devotion. I suggest that we have both KJV and New International Version (NIV). So, users will have choice to select which version of the Bible they wants to link to their Devotional and access when they click the link to the Scriptures.
4 ★This is a great app. Thank you Team Imaxinacion for d app. The devotional installed easily. It is easy to use and opens fast too. I like d integration of Bible in d app & how bible reference links in d devotional works with d integrated Bible easily. However, I cant get the hymns to work on the devotional tab even after downloading all the hymns from the hymns tab. Secondly, the app is locked to portrait view only, no landscape view. If u can fix the two issues, I will give 5-star rating.
2 ★I have been using this App since January. Just of recent, it refused to open asking to verify my phone number. On verification, after OTP has been sent to my phone, it will say let us know you. After inputting my name and email, it says details already registered with this email and nothing will happen. I uninstalled and installed but it refuses to open afterwards. Tried everything I could but all to no avail. Please do something
4 ★The app is a total failure. I have tried severally to get the 2020 version all to no avail. I had to buy a pin from the UK store and it doesn't work. I tried to contact the developers through sms and no luck. I deleted and reinstalled, used bank account and card options no results. I have been a user since 2018 and now I can't even view my old products!!!!! This is very unfair. Update: The 2020 verse is up and running now. Thank God and thanks to the developers.
1 ★Unfortunately, I have tried to use this app without success. I had registered before but the app keeps asking for my pattern which I don't recall. I tried the button that asks for OTP but I think I will now give up after several attempts. No OTP sent! looks like this app is a joke!
