1 ★This is the most unstable app of any kind that I ever used, I don't think it deserves even a beta status.
1 ★No tech support. Filter work orders on the website doesn't work if you have multiple properties. It won't let you select anything even if your parameters are correct.

1 ★There is literally no tech support. Our company had to email the company multiple times in order for them to update emails for us to be able to use the email tab. DO NOT PAY TO USE THIS APP.

2 ★When it works, it works well however If you're not getting good service in your building, the software will crash after taking pictures, forcing you to repeat the process several times. This gets really old real fast when you've got 100 apartments to inspect
1 ★Way too slow to use for our annual inspections. We have only a few days to input the data and very hard to print reports and hard to understand how to use.
1 ★Way to many bugs for this application to be used in the professional world. It doesn`t fit to screen when the device gets rotated. If there are more than two residents in one unit, you can`t use the & symbol to save time ypu have to spell out "and" for the signatures to be sent through properly. If not, the program won`t accept any signatures and it will act like none was ever collected.
