Cette application a pour but de promouvoir l'échographie de l'appareil locomoteur dans le domaine de la médecine du sport.Destiné aux cliniciens qui s'intéressent à l'imagerie ultrasonore, ECHO-LOCO diffuse chaque semaine une news pour les informer des dernières actualités (ouvrages parus, congrès, stages, réponses aux questions, conseils aux patients, outils informatiques ...)
Chaque semaine également, une vidéo est mise en ligne. Le contenu de la vidéo comprend habituellement la présentation d'un cas clinique ainsi que les meilleures séquences de l'examen échographique du patient (commentée par le clinicien).
A noter que seuls les trois films parus seront accessibles sur votre téléphone ou tablette androïd. L'accés à la collection complète des vidéos est gratuit mais il est réservé aux professionnels de santé après une inscription en ligne sur le site echo-loco.fr.
L'épaule, le coude, le poignet, la hanche, le genou, la cheville et encore d'autres territoires sont explorés à la lumière des ultrasons. Ainsi, à la date du 23/12/2011, 130 films ont été mis en ligne, totalisant plus de 12 heures d'enregistrement !
