・北極星の現時刻、現在地（GPSで自動取得）での時角を表示します。
※正立像と倒立像の切り替えに対応しています。
ご利用時はお使いの極軸望遠鏡に合わせて設定してください。
（一般的な極軸望遠鏡は倒立像が多いと思われます）
■目盛環を使用した星の導入支援
登録した基準となる星の目盛環の読みから、導入したい星の目盛環の値を表示します。
※ポータブル赤道儀に１週３６０度で目盛が振られている安価なパン雲台2台をL型のブラケットで接続した構成を想定したツールです。
【対象構成】
・赤経軸、赤緯軸ともに１週３６０度（°）で目盛が振られているおりかつ、軸を北極星に向けて時計回り増加するように目盛がふられている機器の構成を対象にしています。
