How to install Inquiry APK on Android phone or tablet?

Download Inquiry APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:

Update Phone Settings

Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK

Go to Downloads

Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.jrejaud.gform-v1.03-ApkClean.apk)
Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

4 ★It's a great app (I thought it was the official mobile version of Google Forms, since its UI is very close to it). Unfortunately, it doesn't print out an individual form answer as pdf file in my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S5). I don't know if that happens only with that phone model or others have the same issue (maybe the S5's printing service is not detected/found by the app, a bug on the printing service as such, etc, etc, etc.). Correcting that issue will make this app a must-have for my company.

3 ★It just loads the web page and it has ui issues on mobile. Two stars missing for not opening from Google drive and for requiring the web based sign in page... Since it's basically just a fancy chrome tab with a few tweaks.
