1 ★scam alert!!!! Horrible customer support! Seriously a lot of scams!!!!! Update: The reply below is still a lie. They don't even know my case number. I purchase from them and when I attempt to use it, the gift card has 0 balance. I called them and they kept putting me in loop with their case number. They kept closing the case without resolution. Shady business! Shame on you!
1 ★Had a great first purchase experience, but encountered horrible customer service as a return customer a few days later. I tried to purchase a gift card and Saveya somehow recorded that I had exceeded my limit of two purchases a day. No gift cards were purchased that day and the customer service rep did not find any transactions either. He helped me escalate the issue and I received the following email the next day. "CSRHD-XXX has been addressed. Resolution : Completed Thanks for reaching out to us. Our compliance partner has viewed your account information and determined a block on your account has been placed and cannot be removed. We are not able to accept new orders from your account going forward. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. " How is blocking my account (without providing a reason) a way to resolve my issue? If they don't want my business, they can say so and I can go elsewhere. It would help to know why though, I'm still confused.

What an easy way to buy gift cards as gifts and an even easier way to get rid of gift cards you received and may not really want. Love this app and love the convenience. No clipping coupons or having to wait for physical cards. All of the stores I shop at never give me problems with accepting the discounts either, it's all just a smooth process.

I also like that you can submit your own cards and be paid for them, that's a cool feature. The only negative I'd say is that some of the cards that I'm interested in are out of stock.
