1 ★I've been using this app for 5 years &needed to add a child.That option is only available online not the app which is very limited& often "thinks" for extended periods of time.I went online & logged in 1st try- added my child,went back to the app & not I cant log in. Keeps saying my username or password is wrong which obviously it's not if I just logged into the website...uninstalled & reinstalled the app & tried again still the same. There is obviously an issue that needs fixing here
2 ★This app was working perfectly, but since it was updated I can't open it. Every time I try to open it a pop up comes out saying close app. Don't know what to do. I would give a five star but with the updated it's worth two. Is this going to get fixed, or should I uninstall because it's a waste of time.
1 ★Absolute junk. Did you even test your app? Pay Now button cannot be pressed on Android. The Save button also cannot be pressed when entering in payment and billing details. I tried to send a report to customer service through the app and all it did was refresh the form and remove all of my info. App does not work, at least on Android.
3 ★Helpful BUT... Limited and Frustrating!!!! I do not understand why you cannot change your own username. That seems pretty ridiculous considering the age of technology that we are in currently, and this is a very simple thing to do with literally every other app in the world. I do not understand why you can't pay for after-school care through the app that you can pay for it online. If those two simple things could be fixed, you would get 5 stars.
1 ★Can't describe the experience well because it's very brief. I tap to open it, and it just... Doesn't. Whoever worked on this app last really needs to figure out what they messed up. Consider this app to be NOT android compatible right now. I'll change my rating when it has been fixed, and actually functions.
1 ★The app has not loaded once since the update. I have not been notified of low balances or able to load funds because it constantly crashes. Please get this fixed since it's the ONLY way I can pay for my kids lunch without using the website and I'm not always at a computer.
2 ★I need to be putting money on my 3 kids breakfast and lunch account I have sent 2 messages to the app, what's going on you have my money info, this better be a secure application!!!! This is ridiculous was working perfect now wont even open and show my children's accounts. I have email multiple times and now this. Can you tell me something you have access to my money and ignoring me !!!!! Should I be contacting my bank
1 ★Like others I have not been able to open the app since tbe update. Glad I happened to reload funds beforehand. Also stopped getting notifications when balance is low even though I have it set to tell me when the account hits below $6. That happened way before update. This app needs a lot of work.
4 ★Great app until the recent update. Now just crashes and won't even open. Extremely frustrating. Edit: the latest update appears to have fixed the issue. After uninstalling and reinstalling, it appears to be working correctly. New features look nice.
1 ★No payments options? When I log in to the app there are absolutely no events or activities for me to pay. My child attends Latchkey and when I log on the website, the events and activities sections shows up for me to pay. In the app the only option is Cafeteria balances. Why are the functionalities of the site not available in the app?
2 ★Students profile pictures upload sideways. Has for years. Annoying. Low balance notifications do not work. I have enabled mine to alert when each of my 3 kids (at 3 different schools, who have different lunch costs) go below $5. The app has NOT alerted me of low balance since your lady update Jul '18. Toggling between kids is difficult. please create a pulldown menu to click a students name to switch to. Currently you have to go back to "My students", then re-navigate. PLEASE UPDATE.
1 ★Every time I go to make a payment on my daughter's account it gives me an error message. At one point my card was charged 3 times. At least some money got to her account which was fine but I was only trying to put through one transaction that kept giving me an error message. Waste of time wasted energy
