Cucina is pronounced ‘Coo-chee-na’ and is the Italian word for ‘Kitchen’.Hi, my name is Diana, and I’m a 5 Time Award Winning Canadian Pizza Baking Champion. I have won International Accolades for Best Pizza Chef for Canada in competitions in Canada, Las Vegas, New York and Italy. You might have seen me on Food Network Canada’s hit show “You Gotta Eat Here!”. I have always been particular about my food; from the quality of the ingredients used, to the way it’s prepared, my preferences for the best have always come naturally. These days, I still attend pizza culinary competitions, but not as a competitor, rather, as a judge. My skills and passion have earned me a VIP place as a judge at pizza competitions in Canada, Las Vegas, Italy and for France.
