1 ★would give 0 stars to the this app has so many bugs, sometimes straight up doesn't work and is overall confusing. They recently redesigned the app so it's even worse than before, now you cannot search for gyms (there's still a button that says "look for gyms" but it doesn't actually work) - if the gym you want has a class you may be able to find it that way but if not you are SOL. They should seriously invest in some QA resources.
2 ★This new version is quite more simple, yet I don't feel is easier to use. The previous one wasn't easy either, but maybe now that there's less clutter it will turn out better. One thing that got significantly worst is that now you cannot add your booked class to your calendar with a button, it was removed. Unfortunately, this really makes the app less and less usable. And if it wasn't removed, but it is in other menu, please stop shooting your foot and leave the few things that work alone.
1 ★Awful app. Subscribed in Germany, payement was made and subscription is running. Everytime I try to check-in in some place I get an error. Reached to customer service and no response yet. I just paused it so I don't lose my subscription days and if this doesn't get fixed by the time my pause ends I will delete this as they are basically robbing me. Really expected better
1 ★Upd: UI is looking better after the update. However why do you need my location every time I am using the app? I can see this info is needed for checking in but not while you just using the app. GDPR not conform. Suggestions of studios from different packages. Regarding the sports offer, not so many chocies are available, especially in yoga and pilates area. What I like are the addional apps, like myFitnessPal and Meditation Apps.
1 ★Went to cancel my account, my gym said they needed a 30 day notice on top of my Gympass cancellation or they would charge me further. So I had to pay for an extra month of Gympass while the cancellation processed. Then Gympass charged me for another month even after I re-cancelled; now I'm not able to use any of the gyms this month because all of them need this 30 day notice and I cant use them for this final month I paid for without getting cancellation fees. No customer service # and no refund
1 ★I'm not enjoying this new update at all. It does not allow for user to see how many spots are available in classes, which was a key feature. It was so motivating to see my checkins on the main page and it's gone. Plus, my company allows for reimbursement based on showing the screenshots for the bill - this is no longer available, the payment screen doesn't show my full name and there are many missing details. Truly made my life worse and I don't even know if I can get reimbursed now, it sucks.
2 ★If the app would allow you to check in daily instead each 24 hours period it would be great but it sucks and customer service is useless as they say you can check in once per day but it's actually once per 24 hour depending on the time u went. I checked in at 8pm on mon and it checks you in for Tuesday as well and I won't get another check in qr code until 8pm Tuesday because it's by hour not date. Trash!!!!!!! If I want to go every 12 hours and it's a new day I should be able to. Again trash
1 ★In the app I can't see the gyms populated in the map. This is not a cheap service therefore I would expect a much higher quality app. Please do your best to fix the bugs and streamline current functionalities.
1 ★The app is not user friendly and the service offered to customers is awful. I went to a gym included in the plan, they refused to let me in as there were limitations on the hours, and I can't cancel the check in anymore (i did ask the gym to refuse so I can change but neither of us could do it). So, I've lost my daily access thanks to this awful thing calles Gympass. Also, there's no way to fix something like this in less than 1 hour, customer service is inexistent. I really miss Andjoy.
1 ★I've never HATED an app so much. It can be used at anger management classes because you'd be likely to throw your phone out through the window when trying to use it. The app doesn't sync cycling classes with BEAT81, the names of the trainers are incorrect so I can't book a class. Once I'm lucky and do manage to book I can't check in because gympass claims no facility is found even though I'm standing right at the reception. Then I get a fine of 15EUR for not checking in. So many bugs!!!
1 ★This app is terrible, horrible, painful, frustrating. And expensive. I am for 1 hour trying to book a class for tomorrow and wad not able to do do. If your company is not offering you this as a benefit never install gympass, for your health. Edit: I have now decided I will stop using this service. App is too bad to make it worth. Hire a good product manager if you wanna keep your service alive.
3 ★App version A isn't accepted at many gyms because it doesn't provide a barcode to scan. No way of going back to version B which is frustrating. My app just changed versions on its own.
