Description

The CleverTouch gen. 2 allows you to remotely monitor and control your PURMO/RADSON and LVI heating system. Just connect your smartphone or tablet (WiFi) to your TOUCH E3 wireless central programmer. You can then easily change modes and corresponding temperatures, create and change day and week programs, set holiday dates for all connected appliances, rooms or zones. Improve your comfort while saving energy. The new clevertouch gen. 2 app supports the Yali Digital, Parada and Ramo range of electrical radiators. It is now also connectable to our under floor heating systems.
The CleverTouch gen. 2 is the new app for the Touch E3 with firmware V3.05 or newer. If you want to use it, please update your Touch E3 and uninstall the old Clevertouch from all of your tablets and phones. Please use also the new server address if you want to use the webapp.

1 ★They kept the feature set basic, which is fine by me. If you keep it basic you should at least make the software easy to use. It's unstable with the internet connection, incredibly slow en the user interface and navigation is just plain terrible. But maybe I'm looking at it wrong? It's basically a game where you hope the settings reach the radiators and it randomly does. You could make a drinking game out of it! If I knew this beforehand I would not buy a radiator system from LVI (Prada series) which uses this software.

2 ★The UI is dated and basic which is fine, however the issue is if it actually works or not. It used to work fine but now regularly has connection issues, refuses to sync, does not display when it actually has synced and sometimes refuses to sync despite multiple attempts.

1 ★The app itself sucks. You can however just put a shortcut to the website up instead and it provides pretty much the same functionality.

1 ★Useless. Clever touch is a play on words, laughing at the user. You need a PhD in computer science. Pairing is virtually impossible. Spent about 7k on all this kit, it's a pain.

2 ★Pairing and operating the app is quite straight forward but it has quite a fe glitches. App is connected to LVI E3 Touch and it doesn't show any statistics for heating devices (E3 shows them), cannot see the linked heaters in master/slave mode in the room in the statistics window, location cannot be selected, it is not possible to see/view the heaters in the room. Would be nice to have feature not only to create new heating plan but also edit existing once (including renaming, etc). Very basic app, that can control heaters but potential is much bigger.

1 ★No Geofence. No positive rating. Where is the Geofence option in this product? The idea of having an app that integrates with your homes hearing is so that the home can be warm when you arrive. What is the use of that if you forget to turn it on before you arrive? This app should have a Geofence option like all other leading brand thermostats. Or at least the possibility to integrate with ifttt or other automation platforms that will allow it to do so.

3 ★Clock is wrong, app often crashes. Bane of my life.

5 ★Works perfectly. Only niggle is the clock is one hour behind and can't be corrected, but doesn't stop it from working.
