NOT EVEN 5 SECONDS LATER!!! after the order was placed, the delivery time jumped up TWO HOURS!!! I thought it was a glitch and continued to wait .once the original delivery time had passed I called you 2 times and no one was available NOR did I get a call back. I had to stop everything to do your job! DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD
1 ★Hidden fees they dont tell you about. They charge more per item then the stores menu price and charge a service fee on top of any taxes. Then you pay a delivery fee and tip. Rip off! Save the $10 per order and go get it yourself. Maybe i would have a different opinion if these charges were clearly stated before ordering. A recent order as an example: Sonny's BBQ Redneck Eggrolls Menu price $7.99, tax $0.56, total $8.55 FF price $9.19, tax $4.89, delivery $4.99, total $19.07 plus tip.
1 ★the price is cheaper at the store them they charge a delivery fee . Then they charge tax as if the didn't just over a dollar extra for the item. A 5 dollar sub at Subway was 6.30 on the menu. i paid a total of 19.89 for one 5 dollar sub and was asked to pay driver a tip of 3.55 . RIP off .
