3 ★I purchased this app as a home user for my extensive collections and belongings, such as books, toys, barbies, liquor, glass, china, etc... This app is very easy to use. As of Jan 2019, pictures still disappear and you cannot enter a book by scan or isbn (and yes, we know pro does, but I dont have a business). As an individual wanting to be more organized, I would give this app 4 stars if the pics didn't constantly disappear and it would be 5 stars if books could be entered by ISBN or scan.
5 ★Using to inventory waste treatment plant machines. I am able to take multiple photos, enter a serial number using the free custom field and then export all the data so that my pictures are neatly organized in an Excel sheet. This saved me a ton of time as pairing photos of machines that all look simular to their actual names, locations and serial numbers would have been a nightmare.
3 ★App is fantastic. Business Model is horrendous. In my months of using Sortly Plus (now called Sortly Plus Legacy) the software is great. UX could be better, but it's a pleasure to use. I paid $5/mo. for my 1st year of Plus. This price has since been raised. The same plan is now $40/mo (80% increase). I back up my data via csv. If my legacy plan expires they will lose my business. Software good. Sub. Plans are awful. Any paying customers should have unlimited items. Storage is cheap. No excuse.
2 ★For the first 4 days this app worked very well. I subscribed to the paid version and had family members help me input all the items in the container and shed. Tgen 2 days later while trying to adjust inventory up and down we noticed that items were being dropped from the or lending information was not being recorded. Then to top it off we now realize that the app has stopped syncing between devices. I tried the online help, and then reached out to the app creators....still no help provided.
2 ★Easy to use, app and desk. I do use the app, but the barcode scanner doesn't work. Using note 10, everything up to date, including app. Helpdesk asked if it was all up to date, replied with yes and specs. Never received another reply, even reached back out and nothing back. I like all that it offers, I will continue using. My rating is based on lack of help of their software, and the main reason for users of this app is the scanner and it's not working.
4 ★Wishful thinking. I've been watching reviews of this app on YouTube and was really exited to use for organizing my crafts. In the middle of adding folders and getting excited about it, I decided to read more recent reviews. Seems like the home version (all the reviews I had watched) is no longer avl and the app has moved to a consumer version at much higher prices. Even with the current discount $25 a month, its just too much for me. Guess going back to excel or paper. Really too bad.
2 ★Really happy with app but disappointed with pricing. The interface is great but $40 a month as your next price point from the free trial version is going to exclude a lot of customers who'd pay maybe $5 a month just to have more entries available. Was excited to use this but going to have to switch to a different app given the pricing.
1 ★Bought in and decided it wasn't for me right now. Great app but the only negative is that I'm still paying and I can't even use it unless I subscribe again... then I'll pay double? I tried clicking on the notification that read "You will continue to receive charges on your account until you can" yep, that's all it said and I clicked to find out more... took me right back to download the app and pay. Guess I'll just have to close my business account.
4 ★took a little while to figure out how to view inside folders and camera function is wonky with my galaxy phone but I figured out to take pics before hand and add them from my library. for some reason the camera image pulls to the right showing things out of frame after the pic was taken. otherwise it had worked fine using my method.
1 ★It has been a terrible experience. I installed and set up my account. I went to make it the paid for edition and as soon as I entered my cc information in suddenly could not login nor change my password or even use the app. I am very angry and have already had to contact my bank to make sure no charges will be taken from this application since it locked me out as soon as it took my cc information. very disappointed as we are military and move a lot this app would have come in handy.
4 ★I like it a lot except very few of the clothing UPCs pull up information when you scan them. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the app or of the clothing manufacturers though, as there are a couple that have worked. I wish there was an option to enter the UPC manually to pull up the information. (Or is there and I just missed it?)
1 ★Might have been good at one point but the price point now is $50 a month just for a family move if you want moving labels. I wish the had a non-business more affordable option. It's crazy they make you spend $100 after you've done all the inventory work to put the labels on the boxes for a 2 month move....
