5 ★I have been following them for the past two years and was really skeptical if the prices were real or would there be any upselling once we sign up. It was amazing to browse cars, get a price right away, and go through some light paperwork at my leasure and end up with the car and price I was quoted at the beginning. Look no further for a car lease app!
4 ★My wife and I were skeptical at first. Tried it out and found a vehicle for a price we liked so we submitted a request for the vehicle. 3 days later, we had the car. This has 4 stars cause the initial description said that there would not be any hidden fees, the price you see is the price you pay but it increased by 20 bucks a month from what was actually. Still a great deal but they should stick to their word. Overall, the process was easy and I recommend it.
5 ★i was very skeptical about this app at first. but I just leased a Nissan Maxima using this app. i really loved the whole experience. there are two things i liked the most about this app - 1. you can save a ton of time, you don't have to go to the dealerships and wait hours to negotiate a rate and get approved. honcker does that for you. you don't even have to step outside your house. 2. the prices offered here are generally cheaper than what the dealers offer.
2 ★I already leased a car through the app which went well. The problem is when I got a new phone and installed this app again, my credit score is suddenly not good enough to view any cars. Not only that, but they used to have a feature where you could choose to put no money down to see what you'd be paying monthly with tax and fees, but they took that option away.
5 ★I first used the app back when it was Honker. Leasing a car through the app was a breeze! Less than 1k down, low monthly payments and not having to deal with car dealerships made this a win win situation. I had no problems, they were extremely helpful in delivering my car to me hours before an impending snow storm! I have one more year to go on my lease and you can bet that for my next purchase or lease I'll be checking with Rodo first.
5 ★Fast and easy. I saw an awesome deal on a Friday and filled out all the paperwork over the weekend and got my car by Wednesday. Less than a week from start to finish. And they answered every single question I had during the whole process. I will for sure be using them again. Plus they took back my old lease so I didn't have to bother with the return or inspection. 5 ★I was skeptical at first. But after a family member leased a car a month ago, and had a great experience, I decided to go ahead. And oh boy, I made the best decision. The app is extremely user friendly. The price was amazing, I compared it to 5 different leasing companies and RODO came out way ahead. Whenever I had a question, I was always able to chat with a sales rep, during normal business hours and Hans and Ryan from Rodo both gave me their personal numbers and always responded courteously.
1 ★Complete waste of time. Try Fair instead of this one. I signed up and pretty approved to lease car after I found my car I booked it. The day after I called but there were no representative available and asked me to leave a message and they are returning my call. After few days without returning my call they just updated the app for my lease with ' The car no longer available' really? Since I needed a car at the time I decided to give it try one more time and booked another car. I received a call actually after booking from the customer service that they are proccessing the lease and the car is available. The next day, I got a email saying that my lease can't be proccessed and I need to contact them. I just deleted the app and writing a review for everyone to know that this app is complete waste of time and I would suggest you to go with other apps like fair or something else
2 ★I wanted to have a hassle free, no pressure experience so I tried this out. Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked order on a car I was looking at. You can't cancel an order in the app. Couldn't immediately call & an hour later I'd found that Rodo did a soft credit check without my permission and sent just a ton of notifications pressuring me to complete the process. Eventually fixed but it was harder than it should be b/c the live chat wasn't active and no 1 answers the phone immediately.
5 ★I was dreading the process of going to a car dealership to lease another vehicle. Most of all, I can't stand the haggling. Rodo saved me so much time and grief... It was a smooth process. This app is awesome. Ryan Saldanha and the team at Rodo were very responsive and made the process seamless. This app deserves ten stars, not just five.
4 ★Having purchased many cars in the past, the entire journey of going dealer to dealer to find a fair/great deal seemed daunting and I was dreading it since my current lease is up in a couple months. The fact that this app proclaimed it would show transparent real pricing for leases seemed unreal. After spending weeks checking the app for prices on the cars (oftentimes at 3 am) I finally took the plunge. They had a price history chart and when it magically dropped near the lowest mark for the car, I immediately ordered the car. OK here's a summarized version! After 4 days I had no reply from the dealer/honcker... I was told that the car I wanted much more $$$ than advertised due to technical issues. After speaking to the VP sales and ops, we were able to find the same car but with less options...at a price that was more than fair. I was disappointed that the price shown was not the real price (sometimes if its too good to be true, its not) but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy by providing a very good deal regardless through a friendly dealership. They even uber'd me to the dealership.
