5 ★Love this app hands done. As it alerts me what is going on in my city in real time. The weather conditions are always informs what kind of day it will be. My boyfriend even uses the app when he goes fishing as it provides him with the time there is high or low tide, the current conditions of the sea. But I wish the ads did not play when you are trying to watch the live news on the app but it is a good app to have. The meterologist always provide hourly updates on current weather conditions.
3 ★Decent app. I love being able to keep up with local and global news anywhere I go. My only complaints are the few glitches that frequently occur (e.g. every link will lead to the same article on occasion regardless of which article is clicked, notification links fail, etc.) and the grammar on some of these articles are terrible. I don't think they are proofread at all before posted. Other than that, I appreciate the hard work News4jax puts in!
5 ★I love my news4jax app. Even when I'm out of state for 4-5 months, I get a notice if all thats happening here at home. I get a notice real-time and a reporter is always on the scene or the way. I'm a native Jacksonvillian (spellcheck says it's a word lol) I'm 69 and you've been my favorite thru the years. I give credit to another station who is a close 2nd. Keep up the good work guys👍👊
2 ★I had to delete the app several times and reinstall it. every time I play the video for live TV it logs me out and says error then it wants me to leave a feedback. I have other news stations here in Jacksonville that I don't have a problem with only this one. This is the one I usually watch so it kind of stinks that I have to go somewhere else to find my local news.
1 ★As of 12/10/19 - the app remains stuck on news from November. I've reinstalled several times and I'm still seeing the boy who who had his birthday saved by firefighters. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!! App is terrible since the last update. Keep telling me the content is unavailable. Deleted and reinstalled app and now I can see only old news information. Please fix ASAP!!!
2 ★Buffering, buffering and more buffering. The text of the articles takes forever to load, even though the rest of the page and all of the ads have loaded. You just sit there staring at this spinning circle. When it does finally load, the local news coverage is good but the political coverage is extremely left wing.
4 ★I like to watch the live news feed on the app in the morning. The reason for 4 stars is every time they go to commercial break I get kicked off and have to go back in and click on the link all over again to watch. I end up having to do that over and over during the approx 45 minutes I watch each morning

5 ★Channel 4 News is the only news I watch. I enjoy all the personalities that I see on the different times. I have the morning show and evening set to automatically start. Thank You All at Channel 4 for what you do to bring the news. Especially behind the camera!

2 ★l love watching New4Jax, but it makes me so frustrated when it keeps closing after every commercial break. Please fix this problem, I'm currently on vacation and not in the Jax area this is my only way keeping up with the news 😁 the two star is for the app, your news team definitely deserves a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
5 ★I like getting this on my phone I know all the latest updates and the news alerts the breaking news and the weatheralthough I don't like John gone always saying it's dreary out when it's beautiful and cloudy and rainy we don't need 365 days of heat sun and humidity I am from a place that had four seasons and I miss it dearly thank you channel for for having the doggies on on Wednesday I've watched you a long long time and will continue to do so thanks again everyone
