1 ★A really poor app. Gives wrong alerts and sometimes does not give alerts at all. We bought the Sirona M baby chair because of the app and feature. Can't be any more disappointed. Awful programming. Dangerously Unreliable !

2 ★since updating phone app, it keeps telling me there's also a firmware update for the obd car device, however when you click to update it says "something went wrong please restart the obd and try again".. but no idea how to do that. unplugging it and plugging it back doesn't restart anything.

1 ★The app doesn't link up to the seat. What was the point in selecting this seat if the app doesn't make it do what it is supposed to do? There should be some time and money invested into giving people a working app. Edited- when trying to get my app to link up to the seat, it is not found. Edited- The chest clip battery is not dead. It lights up. The piece in the car beeps when I turn off the vehicle. The app and the piece in the car do not link up.

1 ★Can't add carseat... never able to load list of manufacturers and scanning barcode under carseat doesn't work either. Useless app without being able to pair the sensor.

1 ★Battery dead before 1st use. No customer service on weekends. After buying and replacing battery, it works for only 1 person at a time. Ridiculous.

1 ★This app doesn't work neither in Android or iOS. Gets stuck when adding clip/seat receiver. I spent 600 EUR in top brand baby seat car for this poor customer experience. I wish I had read these comments before buying Cybex Sirona

5 ★I love it. When my air is hitting me i think the car is cool enough but tells me if the back is not getting enough. And my daughter is at that age to learn to buckle and then unbuckle so now i dont have to worry.

1 ★App is not working. It will not allow me to choose a device id like to install. I am not able to install the reciver at this time due to having to take apart my dash board.

3 ★Pro: does what it says Con: -permament notification on your phone, even when not connected and nowhere near car. No way to turn it off outside of force close.

2 ★Pairing experience is awful, temperature doesn't show in celsius which should be a simple toggle, location is wrong even though phone location is active
