Make It Here – FR links Fall Riverites with the services and information they need to enjoy our city, improve our community and stay connected with local city government.This mobile app allows you to stay in touch with what’s happening in Fall River, as well as submit general questions and NON-EMERGENCY service requests all from the convenience of your phone. Please dial 911 for all emergencies.
The Submit Service Request feature allows Fall River citizens to easily inform Government Center of important issues such as bulky item pickup, pothole repair, property maintenance issues, and street light issues. The service provides citizens with an easy way to report a service request to Government Center staff for action and resolution. The app allows you to pinpoint the issue location with GPS, attach photos from your mobile device, and receive automatic notifications of status up-dates as your requests are handled. Citizens may also review news and events, link directly to Government Center social media and view information from the Fall River Government Center website.
