Description

KinderSign is a mobile app for tablet devices to allow parents and other authorized adults to sign children in and out of care at the childcare provider. All authentication information is instantly available in the system, for up-to-date queries about children in care. Time stamp information is available for time-and-attendance tracking, reporting and of course eventual provider reimbursement.

1 ★Our Center put 1 star because 0 stars was not option. So please take into consideration that on a 1-5 star scale, a 1-star rating actually equals 0%, 2-stars = 25%, 3-stars = 50%, 4-stars = 75% and 5-stars = 100%. Where to begin with this program? It's an absolute nightmare of an interface and a horrible experience for anyone that is forced to come into contact with it. All commonly understood and widely accepted human vocabulary like "parent", teacher, are replaced by words like "sponsor" etc.

1 ★Keeps crashing. Won't let me scan qr code. What a joke of an app. Tried on on 3 different tablets including a Ipad.( All purchased new because of this) Customer service blames the individual that it's either their bad internet connection or tablet software version. Not any help at all. Now they have moved to another app using a new name because this has such bad rating. I went with another app that does NOT have the name "Kinder Sign." And now life is easier!

1 ★this app will not allow you to go passthe qr scaner. have tried this app on serveal devices and the same thing. went out and bought a new tablet 5xs and still the samething. fix this problem asap so those of us that are suppose to get paid will for babysetting. Now it won't even let me sign my clients in or out for the last (3) three days.

1 ★This is the stupidest thing I've ever had to do to have my mom get paid for watching my kids! The old way was batter, are you trying to make things more complicated then it needs to be! And the people you call don't help and everyone you talk to says something different! So done with the system!

2 ★Trying to use this is impossible. When the app opens and the information scanned it wants more, but what they want cannot be read as it is covered up by the box the Information is supposed to be entered. The screen with the numbers to put your numbers in is so big that I don't even see an enter button. It cannot be pinched down or rotated on the screen. I am unable to go any further.
