1 ★As everyone else says, the ads have ruined this app. Now the Google add that appears has no way of closing it, instead of the X, it says "we'll try not to show you this add again". It has shown me this add 100 times. I have so many notes saved, which is the only reason the app stays for now.

1 ★I used to love this app - intuitive and attractive interface, useful widget - but now I HATE the ads. I would gladly pay to have the ad-free version back, and I see other long-time users feel the same. Used to be 4 stars, now, sadly 1.

2 ★I use this for a lot of list-keeping & note-taking. Don't remember ads before...they've recently popped up...they're a pain and cover up the bottom of screen. I hope a reasonable way to remove ads is in the works.

2 ★Love the older version before my update, it had no ads! The ads are so annoying! I looked for a paid version, but you don't have one! Please get rid of those annoying ADS!

1 ★Been using this for years. It was great but now actively looking for something to replace it. New Ads introduced are infuriating. They are timed so unless you remember, you end up accidentally clicking on them. This is a sneaky way to make money and should not be rewarded. If I could turn it off, I would keep the app and even pay to do so. New Ads brings what would have been a 4 or 5 to a 1 rating. Too bad!

3 ★Have been using this app for ages and loved it... Not anymore! The latest update brought ads into it and I now spend too much time deleting the ads before I can do anything. Very annoying and time consuming! Bad idea! Can't even opt for the paid version as there isn't one! Now have changed phones and wanted to restore by last backup but find that I can't because there is no restore option in the backup /restore section! What's the sense of a backup of you can't restore it?! Going to find a new app with no ads that I can backup and restore when needed! 😠

1 ★I gave in. The noisy intrusive ads were just too much. Moved to "keep my notes" which has same layout but does so much more. Can pay just a pound a year to remove ads. Already copied all my notes and lists over. Good bye easy note. It was good while it lasted, but you don't listen.

3 ★Don't like the new ads included in the app. I open a note and start to type, an ad pops up and rakes me out of my note. The ad would be fine if it didn't take you out of the note.
