A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Doesn't work at all - won't connect. Look at the number of one star reviews before wasting your time.
1 ★the camera is great. this app on the other hand not so much. I do everything it asks. I'll turn off my data, and use akaso's wifi. I'll connect to the app with my camera. I'll then record a video and then go to check out the video that I just recorded on the Akaso DV app and it's not there....somebody anybody please comment/reply if you know what's going on. I can record with this app but can't see the videos.
3 ★Buggy app. Needs fixes I recently purchased an Akaso V50 Pro. Thought I'll try this app since its the proprietary one. But right after selecting the camera from the menu for the first time, it reverts to Akaso A7000 when I use the app after. App is a hit or miss, the features work as advertised but the connection is often buggy and leads to no response or crashes. I'm running Android 9 Pie on the Honor 8 Pro. Consider using third party apps for a consistent experience.
1 ★The apps keep stopping while I'm connecting to the camera. Fix this ASAP!!!!
1 ★I have to admit, the app its self has potential, however having to disable mobile data and connect via WiFi makes no sense. I also cannot connect via Bluetooth, only by WiFi. This app is great for use with a gimbal if you have your cellphone attached to the side, you can see what your camera is filming. The app is also super buggy, and freezes constantly. If this app could show the camera view, and control a gimbal, at the same time it would be awesome.
4 ★Recently purchased the camera on Amazon for $120. Downloaded the app to my Pixel 2 (HTC) with Android 9 + latest updates for my phone. I wanted to be able to see what the camera is looking at once I mount it to my helmet so I can angle the camera correctly. This app is perfect and fast as a wireless "field monitor". Speed: excellent! phone keeps up with the camera with almost no lag! Steps to connect: 1. TURN OFF / DISABLE Cell Data 2. Turn on WIFI on the camera the back screen will display the camera's SSID (wifi name) and the password that you need to enter in your phone to connect to the camera's wifi. After I connected to the camears's wifi I got a message "no internet" on my phone which is ok as this is a temporary while connecting to the camera. Next, I started the app and received a warning that after android version 6 and newer must disable / disconnect from your cell service. Next, I selected the model of my camera Akaso v50 Elite. I took a still photo and short video [1080p@60fps] and played it back and transferred the still photos and video to my phone and then to my computer via USB-C and everything played fine in windows 8 media player.
1 ★My EK7000 connects and I can see the live view, I can also start/stop video recordings/take photos but when I open the gallery it says "Failed to get, please check the network/获取失败,请检查网络". There is no point using the WiFi option if I can't transfer videos/images through it to my phone. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S10+ on the latest firmware as of now and I have also tried this with my iPhone 8 and it's even worse on there. Won't even connect despite being on the camera WiFi and mobile data off.
5 ★At first I gave this app a 2 star review because I couldn't figure out how to connect my phone to my camera. Then I figured out that ty bad experience was user error and the app works just fine. For anyone who can't figure out how to connect the phone and the camera, turn on the Wi-Fi mode on your camera, then, if you look at the available Wi-Fu networks on your phone, one should say Akaso. Connect to that and then connect to you camera on the app. If that doesn't work than I can't help you.
2 ★Just received my new Akaso V50 Elite. Or is it? Doesn't look the same as in your web page pics. Box and camera read as V50 ELITE, but the front of the camera is different than your pic here. Also, I downloaded the Akaso DV app and was able to connect to my new "V50 ELITE???", by simply following the directions. However, it only seems to connect on the EK5000 1080P option. It does not allow me to change pages to the V50 ELITE page when the Wi-Fi is turned on. If I turn off the Wi-Fi and disconnect, then I can flip through the app to the ELITE option, but then when I turn on the Wi-Fi and go to the app and connect, it has reverted back to the EK5000 1080P page in the app and won't let me change pages. Am I doing something wrong or is this an app problem or "glitch"? Firmware? Knockoff with EK5000 hardware? Factory screw-up? Camera firmware need updated? I just don't understand.
1 ★Absolutely useless, Akaso V50x not even listed in cameras available to connect to.. Tried connecting through the other camera icons but no use. Don't download a frustratingly useless app.
3 ★Does not force rotate to wide screen. Other than that it's banging!! New app doesn't work with the akaso ek7000 4k, just works with this app?? Just needs another hour spending on the apps is all
4 ★I just purchased an AKASO EK7000, ready for taking on my skiing holiday. Setting up the app was easy and everything seems to link up ok so far. Perfect size and certainly good value for money. Good enough battery life. Plenty of accessories come with the camera and the remote control is great to have. Link back to App on my phone, easy to get videos online and do what I need.
