1 ★App worked well for about a week and now it's been crashing everytime I try to open the app and/or sinc. I was able to uninstall and reinstall and that helped for a day but I tried that again after it stopped working and it did not fix it. Also, when it was working, it would sinc with my fitbit but then it would think that I logged water with my fitbit app and add that to my total when in fact it was the water from Ozmo that had sinced with fitbit and there is no way to manually remove water logged. Great idea but a number of bugs that need to be worked out.
1 ★I got the water bottle as a gift and the app has never worked. From the beginning it required an update that wouldn't complete. It acts like it downloads but freezes once the bar is full. I have an LG V20 and could download the app but could never utilize. I contacted the Ozmo "support" team who told me I should try to update the app on an iphone, which I do not have. When I explained this, along with the fact that the bottle is advertised to work with Android OR Apple, they continued to suggest I update on my invisible iPhone. My two main regrets are time wasted on tech support for a WATER BOTTLE and the fact that I can't give 0 out of 5 stars.
4 ★Hey. For those of you that are having trouble getting the app to connect. I did a factory reset which is the little button by the charge port with a paper clip. When you press the button it starts blinking. When it's blinking... Connect it to the app. I tried everything and this is the only thing that works.

3 ★I love using this app except for the last 24 hours, I haven't been able to actually open the app. I open it but it just closes right away. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've turned my phone off and on. Nothing is working.

2 ★It's a nice concept, but it doesn't automatically sync with my Android; keeps resetting my profile details; and somehow saved my hydration incorrectly (my Friday information was incomplete but Saturday had me for way more than I recorded). It would be helpful if it actually worked.
1 ★A piece of s***. The only thing tjis app is good at is pushing you to buy the bottle. Even though it says it works without the bottle it doesn't. Save your time and try something else. This was just horrible.
5 ★Gets better with every update. The product initially was not without it's glitches but that's expected with tech realistically. The team went over and above to help me when I lost a piece of the bottle and it's worked in encouraging me to drink more water so I'm pretty happy with the purchase :)
1 ★Tried setting up the app and evety time it gets to the sync with Garmin setting the app crashes. I'll keep trying but as of now the app is useless.
