Voor de gebruikers van Installware bieden wij de Installware APP. Het doel van deze app? Pure tijdwinst, efficiënter werken en niet te vergeten; het uitstralen van een stuk professionaliteit.Opdrachten worden vanaf kantoor verstuurd naar uw medewerkers in het veld. Deze opdrachten komen in de app te staan met alle informatie die daarop betrekking heeft. Medewerkers met de app starten de opdracht en kunnen hier o.a. navigeren naar het bestemmingsadres, kilometerstanden bijhouden, een werkomschrijving opgeven, artikelen toevoegen, het invullen van op maat gemaakte inspectierapporten of afvinklijsten, het maken van foto's en nog veel meer. Via digitale ondertekening laat u uw klant op locatie de werkopdracht ondertekenen op een tablet of telefoon. De werkopdracht kan optioneel direct naar uw klant gemaild worden. Kantoor ontvangt na ondertekening direct de werkopdracht, de bijbehorende foto’s en het inspectierapport. De factuur kan direct worden gemaild naar uw klant.
Nooit meer onduidelijk geschreven werkopdrachten of werkopdrachten die zoek zijn geraakt, nooit meer lange periodes tussen de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en het versturen van de factuur. Met deze app bent u klaar voor de toekomst!
De Installware APP wordt later ook nog uitgebreid met urenregistratie voor medewerkers die langdurig op een klus zitten. Geen weekstaten meer invoeren en achteraf inleveren, maar gewoon rechtstreeks via de Installware APP met een directe link naar uw software pakket Installware op kantoor.
