説明「EHCPPT(Eye-Hand Coordination Pointing with Pencil Test)」について
このアプリは京都大学と岐阜大学の共同研究から生まれた、スタイラスペンを使って短時間の点うちのデータを記録するものです。画面サイズ7inch以上のタブレット端末に対応しています。
どのディスプレイでも画面に表示される円の外径がほぼ５cmになるように設定しています。※1
医療者はもちろん、一般家庭の方々も気軽に健康チェックをすることができるよう開発中です。
今後，上肢（腕や手）の能力と課題遂行に必要な注意機能、ワーキングメモリなどの認知機能を採点できるようにし、テスト成績の表示のみでなく年代ごとの平均点や認知症リスクチェックなどの採点機能も搭載予定です。
使い方
1. 起動すると計測モードメニューが表示されます。
2. メニューから「低音60/高音0」または「低音65/高音35」を選択すると計測が始まります。
※「カスタム」を選択した場合は、高音と低音の発生回数、ビープ音の間隔、セット数が設定できます。
計測の開始は画面中央の赤い丸をタップします。すると、5秒からカウントダウンが始まります。
「低音65/高音35」の時は高音がなった時に点うちを行います。
画面をタップした時に赤い丸が表示され、画面から離れると赤い丸が消えます。
3. 計測が終わると、取得したデータが表示され「保存」、「メールで送信」のボタンが表示されます。
「保存」では本体にcsv形式のデータが保存されますので、iTunesなどを利用してPCに一括転送できます。
「メール送信」では1計測データを送ることができます。
仕様
・計測モード
［低音60／高音0］：低音（1kHz）のビープ音を1秒間隔で60回鳴らします。
［低音65／高音35］：低音（1kHz）のビープ音を65回、高音（2kHz）のビープ音35回をランダムに鳴らします。
高音がなった時に点を打ちます。
［カスタム］：低音（1kHz）、高音（2kHz）の回数、ビープ音の発生間隔が任意に設定できます。
また、設定した計測モードを何回繰り返すかをセットで指定できます。
カスタムで設定した計測モードは次回変更まで保持します。
・記録データ
記録データはCSV形式で本体に保存または添付メールで送信できます。
記録する項目は、行方向に beep time[sec]、1kHz、2kHz、touch time[sec]、x-coodinate[cm]、y-coodinate[cm]、列方向は1秒間隔で取得したデータが記録されます。
1kHz、2kHzの項目ではデータが""1""の場合にビープ音が鳴ったことを示します。
打点の座標値は中心よりの誤差となります。マイナスの値はx方向では左に、y方向では下にずれていることを表しています。
