Il tablet ideale per l'utilizzo della corrente app è un tablet con telecamera frontale, disposta nel lato lungo, in quanto l'orientamento naturale per l'uso dell'App è con il tablet in posizione orizzontale.
Il tablet può essere posto su un supporto nel bancone d'ingresso della segreteria, oppure può essere installato a muro, anche con supporti che ne impediscano la manipolazione da parte degli utenti.
