Alfa Academy utilizza un sistema WEB + APP per la gestione operativa ed amministrativa e per la promozione e condivisione degli eventi della scuola.Il sistema consente all’amministrazione di gestire in modo semplice ed evoluto i vari aspetti della scuola, dai corsi al calendario delle lezioni, dalle presenze ai recuperi, i pagamenti degli iscritti e verso i docenti.
Tramite l’App per Smartphone Android e iPhone, i docenti gestiscono il proprio calendario, inseriscono le presenze, inviano comunicazioni e ricevono notifiche; hanno accesso allo storico delle ore effettuate ed ai compensi maturati.
I discenti possono verificare il calendario delle lezioni e le presenze e ricevere le comunicazioni e le notifiche della scuola.
