중학교 2학년 당시 나의 스마트폰 중독을 억제하기 위해 여러 생각을 해보았고, 매일 마다 부모님께서 “너 ~몇 시간 사용했어!”라고 말씀하셨습니다.
때문에, 중독된 사람 대부분 자신의 스마트폰을 얼마만큼 사용한지 인지하지 못합니다.
자신이 얼마만큼 사용 했는지 인지 할 수 있도록 하고, 스마트폰 중독 억제를 위한 어플리케이션 입니다.
