In Sushi åbnede den 7. juli 2011 på Mariagervej og har igennem tre år arbejdet på at forbedre sig og optimere både kvalitet og service.In Sushi har fokus på det japanske køkken. Vi er bedst kendt for konceptet running sushi, men har også sushi A La Carte og take-away.
Running sushi består af massevis af forskellige sushiruller, så der er noget for enhver sushi-spiser. Samtidig er der også traditionelle japanske varme retter som for eksempel nudler, kylling og ris-retter, samt små desserter.
Som man kan se ovenover på billedet er der et avisudklip af In Sushis køkkenchef Adam, (ham til højre). I 2008 deltog vores køkkenchef i en konkurrence, som ville kåre de bedste sushi-kokke i norden. Ud af 145 sushirestauranter som deltog fra hele norden, blandt andet Danmark, Sverige, Norge og Grønland endte In Sushis køkkenchef på en 3. plads. Tre år efter brugte Adam alt sin viden og erfaring og åbnede In Sushi.
