5 ★I like the ethics of most of the fare going to the driver. Other than mostly the same as the competition. Why not use it instead?

1 ★I took my 1st ride with this app. I had an 18-21$ estimate for the ride. My ride came out to be $47 with no traffic or delays. I'll stick to lyft, at least ill know exactly what ill be paying before I ride.

1 ★Awful. Can't get verification code because extra - mark is showing betweenlast 4 digits. Shouldn't have to enter social media info to get started.Don't see how getting a ride would have any connection to Facebook orwhatever "ok" is. Can't start=can't use. Using lyft instead

1 ★My ride was cancelled three times for different drivers just few moments after they had accepted pick up me, I got two hours late because not service was available. I had to walk to home. All service.

1 ★Simply downloaded the app. When I was trying to add payment method (new user), it was declined without any reason and funny thing is they charged $2. Is it something like that you don't want new customers. Also, can I get my $2 back please?

2 ★Waited 50 minutes to get a ride after 2 drivers canceled. App doesn't show you the real time location of the driver. It doesn't update correctly. After speaking to the driver, he said the app have him the wrong pickup address. Would not surprise me. If you want to be frustrated, definitely use this app. I have tried to ride 3 times in the last month or so and not once had a smooth experience.
