This App let's you test Push Notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/) on your device. Can be helpful if notifications are not working in an App on your device.
What you need is:
-Latest Google Play App and Play Services installed
-Google Account set up in Google Play
-Working and active network connection
